How to reset password from restrictions without restoring iphone?

Dear Experts,

I would like help to reset the password of restrictions (Settings > Block > Restrictions) to be able to delete some applications, in the past I put this password for my son did not delete my applications but I forgot what this was, somebody can you help?

Can't do it.

The only option is to erase the phone and set it up as a new device.
