I phone 7 Bluetooth stopped working

After installing the newest upgrade 11.2.6 on my IPhone 7 I am not able to connect to my cars bluetoooh. I have reset the the radio to factory settings And uninstalled the phone and reinstalled. The iPhone I reset the bluetooth on and off, uninstalled the the radio, I reset network settings, reinstalled the IOS. I also tried a hard reset on the phone. In the Bluetooth setting it sees the radio name and the radio see the iPhone name but will not pair. I tested the radio with my iPad which has the same IOS upgrade and it paired right up. Help!
