BTMM not working because of NAT- PMP

Good day

Im using a MacBook Pro (13 Inch, Mid 2012

Processor: 2.5GHz Intel Core i5

Memory 4GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Mac OS Sierra (10.12.6)

My "Back To My Mac" is not working, each time I try to activate it I get a message saying NAT Port Mapping (NAT-PMP) or Universal Plug and Play (UPnP) is turned off on your router.


I get referred to the base station which cannot be selected on airport utility

I dont know where to start. Please help?
