Update Apple ID Settings

I have changed nothing, not phone, nor iPad. Today I get a request to Update Apple ID Setting, with “Some account services require you to sign in again”. This requirement is on BOTH my phone and IPad Pro.

i have tried numerous times, on both device, and I get the following message: Verification Failed “An unknown error has occurred“

Now, none of my iCloud data is accessible. Where to go from here?

iCloud Account Hello, I have been having a problem with my iCloud account where it keeps saying that my account is not verified. Which leaves me unable to log in or log out of my account and sync my iCloud account to all devices. I spoke to a representative last time about this situation and they suggested that I make a new iCloud account. After doing so, in order to log into my new account, it asks me to log out of my old account, but I can't do that because it is not verified. What can I do in this situation?

Updating Apple ID Settings on iOS 11.3 After upgrading my ipad to iOS 11.3, I have not been able to Update my Apple ID settings. Each time i enter my password I get "verification Failed, An unknown error occurred".Also I can't access the new iCloud Terms and Conditions. I turned off my ipad and switched on again, still issue persist.
