That one would be a matter of personal preference... it just depends on how much of a gap you want between the end of one track and the beginning of the next. Other than that, it has no effect on the end product.

Audio would act like a CD you purchased at a store, you pop it in and it starts to play.
MP3 is more like a data CD. It can be read and played in computers, as well as any car stereo/home CD player that can play MP3. These days, that would be most of them.
It just depends on what you plan on listening to the CD with.
Lower speed is acknowledged as equaling better quality... so take that for what its worth.
Also to add to what I said before... you can get a lot more on a data CD (mp3) than you can on an audio CD.
Will iTunes automatically convert to my apple one
Yes.
Is the lower # on preferred speed better. Be before I had my apple usb superdrive, I had a 3rd party drive from amazon. Will iTunes automatically convert to my apple one
If I’m making the CD for someone else ( because I volunteer for a church) & I don’t know if they use a CD player that supports MP3 or not, do I stick with MP3 or change to audio?
If you don't know... stick with Audio disc. It will play in any player.
Hopefully this is my last question. Regarding the audio cd do you leave it as two second Gap or change it to one since it’s a podcast
