New device with super low hearing volume
Hi apple folks!
Today I got my 6 s plus iPhone replaced on the 59th street in nyc. To my big surprise, I can hardly hear the other party over the phone. Any clue to fix it or is it a manufacturing defect?

This certainly doesn't sound like expected behavior. I recommend following the steps in this article to see if you can resolve the issue: If you can't hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound isn't clear on your iPhone
