Itunes Match Won't Scan

I was subscribed to Apple music, but have now unsusbscribed in order to use ITunes Match only.


In order to do this, I did the following: backed up my music to an external hard drive, unsubscribed from Apple music, then went into the store and subscribed to ITunes Match.


Now, the Icloud icon has completely disappeared from the viewbar (when I right click, there is no Icloud Download icon available to add to the columns), and my music refuses to be scanned into Match.


I have tried to log out, log in, re-authorize my laptop. Cannot get match to scan my files at all.

Hi,

Go to preferences and make sure iCloud music library is ticked.
