Apple Id message saying apple id disabled
I had an issue with a fraud to my account in itunes charged money without my permission. What to do all apps on my phone will not update at all.

What did you do about the fraud ? Did you contact iTunes Support or go straight to the card issuer ? If iTunes Support have blocked the account (you've tried re-enabling the account : If your Apple ID has been locked - Apple Support ?) as a result of that contact them and see if they can/will re-enable it : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww or https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
