Need to retrieve all my calendar dates. Not sure why they all disappeared

Help recover my calendar entries please Last night I clicked synch Calendar with iCloud and woke up this morning to notice that all my calendar entries had vanished! Lost calendar entries for last year All of my calendar entries on my iPhone for 2018 are gone but the entries for 2019 show up. They show up on my computer running outlook but not on iPhone.

Try -- If you accidentally deleted your calendars, reminders, bookmarks, or contacts from iCloud - Apple Support.
