How do I stop text messages from my phone from showing up on another iPad?

If you are talking about SMS text messages, then use the iPhone to go to Settings > Messages > Text Message Forwarding and remove your iPad from there.
If you are talking about iMessages, you might turn off iMessage on the iPad at Settings > Messages if you wish.
