I want to book an appointment to talk to a real person with my computer in front of us. I talked to a customer service person today and she suggested to book an appointment for whenever works for me. I have tried to book one for March 7, but it is only allowing me to book the next available time slot (March 5). If there is something that I'm just not seeing, feel free to answer.

Aside from that, you can make an appointment at an Apple Genius Bar.
You can always call your local Apple Store to set an appointment.
