Sound sometimes work

Since my sound stop working I had just restarted my phone worked for about 5 min then it stopped if I were to go on YouTube the videos would not load the sound wouldn’t work so I restored my phone nope it didn’t work so I replaced the loud speaker still doesn’t work I need fix no tutorials on how to fix on yt
