iPad mini. Update Fails for iOS 10.2.1. iPad is connected to the internet but verification fails because you are no longer connected to the internet.
It's no longer possible to install that version. Open Settings, General, and Manage Storage, delete it, and check for updates again.
If you're using a beta profile, remove it.
