Need More Storage for IPhone 6 Plus
My phone is running out of storage. If I delete phones off my phone will they be deleted off my IMac?
Is there an adapter that I can plug in and it will store my pictures.

Need to know how you have photos configured before we can answer your question.
How did the photos get to your Mac from your device to begin with? Did you import them?
Or are you using iCloud Photo Library?
What album on your iPhone are the photos showing in? Camera Roll? All Photos? Photo Stream? Some other album?
What type of iPhone do you have and what iOS are you running?
