Call stacks are not rarely available via Accessory (Car infotainment)

Sometimes iPhone is not sharing call stacks via Bluetooth HFP+PBAP (despite the fact that all contacts are downloaded correctly). According BT AirTrace the issue is caused by iPhone, because Car infotainment system is asking for all kinds of contacts and call stacks - but iPhone is sometimes (during whole connection cycle) responding 0 values for outgoing/incoming/missed calls. Manual Phonebook download or re-initialization of Callstacks download lead to same results (Phonebook is downloaded, but call stacks are still empty). Switch Bluetooth OFF and ON via iPhone (=reconnect) fix this issue. Possible healing from Infotainment side will be short disconnection and reconnection of this iPhone, but it can lead to other side effects, which is not a acceptable state. Do you know this kind of iPhone IOP issueIs there any solution or patch from Apple side?
