i have two apple ids but im trying to delete one. but the one im tryin to delete has my apple music how can i change it to my other apple id?

You can't delete an account, all you can do is remove personal info from it (e.g. payment details : Change or remove your Apple ID payment information in the iTunes Store - Apple Support), cancel any subscriptions and pre-orders on it, and stop using it (e.g. delete all of its downloads).

But the one I’m trying to delete has my Apple Music and I don’t want to delete everything. How can I change it to the other one?

You can't transfer purchases and/or subscriptions between accounts.
