iCould Account Transfer Failure to GCBD China

I have not been able to activate my iCloud (China) account since the notice of transfer to GCBD. It keeps telling me Server Error. My iCloud account is *********. Kindly help with it.

Mac Pro, macOS High Sierra (10.13.3)
