I had this issue myself last night. I had to unpair my Watch then pair it again with the Watch app.


I recommend first checking to make sure both devices are updated to the latest software versions, then attempting to power down the phone and watch, turning the phone back on, then turning the watch back on.


If the above steps don't work, you can do like I did following the info contained in the articles below:
