I didn't buy anything from iTunes and PayPal won't refund my money

Does anything show on your iTunes account's purchase history ? If it does. and if neither you nor anybody you've given access to the account did, you should contact iTunes Support e.g. via your purchase history, the emailed receipt, or the 'contact Support' link at the top right of every page on here.


If it's just a temporary store holding charge PayPal should automatically remove it : About payment card authorisation holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support


If it's a purchase that's not on your account PayPal should deal with it
