6s to iphoneX

My BFF bought me iPhoneX but he ask someone set up the phone without using my iCloud back up. As a result , I cannot reach “apps and data” that page when I turn on the new phone so as to recover the iCloud back up from my 6s to the new phone. How can I do that now ?? Please help T^T
