I redeem a 3000 gift card and when i’m making a purchase they asked me to enter my supposedly security question that I didn’t even remembered setting so my apple id is now locked and i can’t make any purchase

My account is locked because of a third party gift card governed by apple, how do I unlock my account when there’s no evidence I purposely did it? My account is locked because of a third party distributor gift card. When I found out I reported the problem to Apple, my bank, the BBB, both Attorney Generals and I’m still locked out, but I can ask for help from the Apple community on the virtually the same account? What gives? Can I resume my regular way of doing things or is this a farce?
