Glitching Mouse & Pop out windows

My mouse is glitching and occasional windows expanding too big and chaotic on my Macbook pro 2011-running Sierra, theres plenty of memory, other than that runs swift. What is the problem and is this an easy at home remedy or do I need to send it in?
