Question: How to automate local backup of messages in

Hi, using IMAP protocol to Mail (OSX High Sierra version), I've always the problem about mailbox quotes.

Usually I move older messages in manual, both received and sent messages, and this is perfect to have a local archive to be searcheable and keep my inbox/sent folder more light.

But is possible to automate this process using rules? If is not a problem to copy or move received messages, I cannot automate copy of sent messages, specially if sent by iphone or ipad. For those messages I need to manually copy.

Maybe some Automator script help me? Or a third party app?

Thank you so much.
