automatic renewal of Tinder subscribe

Hello, my name is Maksym. I`m from Ukraine, so I have no way to connect with support by telephone.


I have a trouble with Tinder subscribe. 5th of January, I had a purchase of TinderPlus. I forgot about automatic renewal... On the 27th of February, it was paid from my bank account second times.


This subscribe is not actual for me now. I just want to return my money.

iPhone 6, iOS 11.2.6, Subscribe

If you no longer want the subscription, and if you haven't already done so, you should stop its auto-renewal : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support


In terms of a refund purchases are considered final, but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund or credit you as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
