Walmart refurbished apple ipad 2017 model? Who refurbishes Walmarts apple products??

Hey there everyone quick question I found a really decent deal on the 2017 ipad 9.7 $246 and some change on Walmart.com I've bought a few new Apple products from Walmart over the years but my question is....Are they refurbished by Apple this particular item is sold and shipped by Walmart not a third party seller.... I'm just wanting some input on this please thanks again everyone!!

If it was re-furbished by Apple it should say so. I suspect not, though it may have been done by a competent 'other'. Ask them if they would write on the bill that it was Apple refurbished and you will soon be told the facts.

Well I just contacted a member of their customer support and they say it is indeed apple certified

What I have suggested is guaranteed to bring out the truth.

Retailers are not allowed to mislead the public and their failure to co-operate and write what I suggested only says one thing.

Indeed I was skeptical about buying it without first being full informed as if it was a certified apple product
