Ireal pro
I,ve bought Ireal pro for IPhone but when I want to use this app on IPad I have to purchase this app again. Is this correct? My other already purchased apps I can simply download from the cloud.

You are using the same account that you bought the app with ? Does it not show in the Purchased section (e.g. tap on your id/icon top right of the Updates tab in the App Store app and then Purchased) for downloading ? If it doesn't show there check to see if you've hidden it from there : Hide apps for your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac - Apple Support
