Where can I get an iPhone 7 with no service issues repaired?

Before bringing it to an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider, try these basic steps:

Call your carrier and explain your problem. Ask the carrier if they have a software update. Ask you carrier to give you a different Sim Card and test your device with that card.

If they can't help you, follow the steps provided in this support guide:

If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

If nothing changes, then yes, contact your most convenient Apple Store: Apple - Find Locations - Location Selector
