Deleted contacts reappear

I already deleted a person from my contact this morning. Later the evening I realize the person reappear again in my contacts. Its weird because this person is not sync in my icloud. If this person is saved in my icloud, it does make sense if he reappear in my contact after I deleted him. But its not. What can I do to stop from this person to reappear again in my contacts?

This is 2nd time this kind of bug (deleted contacts reappear) happens to me. Therefore I’d like to ask you guys :)

Help would be appreciated

Can't delete/modify some contacts from iCloud contacts I have some contacts in my I cloud account, that I can't delete. If I delete them, the keep coming back. There are only visible on the iCloud website and not on any of my devices. I only have an iPad and in the contact app there are no contacts shown. But in the iCloud web interface there are these 21 contacts that I deleted several times, but they keep coming back. When I try to modify them, it says: "Your changes to this contact couldn't be saved because it was just updated by another device." (see screenshot) But I have not other device that is synced to the iCloud contacts. So how can i remove these contacts?

random contacts appearing and not syncing i have random contacts appearing (people that i dont know), and when i delete them on my mac (and through the icloud website and contacts) they dont sync on my phone. i have turned on contact syncing on both devices. i used to use the same apple id as my mum, but now i use my own. im pretty sure that those random contacts are from my mum's phone as well.
