Tap and hold down on a pass and move it into the position where you want it to appear. You can move passes up or down.

wallet hi I don't have the option "add to wallet" in my Apple's wallet application. For an example I received tickets thru my gmail, and when I open it thru safari browser or any other application, I don't have this option.
