Hi Jody - have you bought any apps, made in-app purchases or subscribed to any services inside apps on your Apple device? The charges usually show up on your bank account as being from iTunes.
To check your latest transactions, open the iTunes app on a Mac, go to Account in the top bar and click on View my account. Enter your password if asked. Then scroll down to the Purchase History section and click See All.
Does this explain the charges?
Here's a more detailed guide, with pictures, on how to find these on an iOS, MacOS or Windows device: See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
That doesn't matter. App purchases also show up as being from iTunes in your bank account, not just music. Follow the steps in my first reply and you will see a full list of all your purchases, apps, music, everything.
Once you are informed and are sure this is still an issue, contact Apple by clicking on this link: Contact Apple Support
No I’m not. I believe the 2 charges were made by me in an attempt to get iTunes on my phone. I may have signed up twice. I really want to talk to a customer service agent so I can have these charges explained to me. I may only need one charge ...to cover my music needs.
The only things I purchased from iTunes was music. I don’t think I need to be charged for 2 subscriptions. How can I speak with a customer service person on this topic?
Are you the organizer for Family Sharing? Purchases made by others will go to your card.
