Iphone storage problem

My phone says I only have 400MB of storage left, and when I check under Manage Storage the thing that is taking up the most space is System, which is taking up 6.3GB. When I plug my phone into my computer it says I have 4GB of free space, so I don't really know what to do to get the space I'm supposed to have back on my phone.
