A couple of questions

Hi there friends,

Wish you could help me with following:

When mastering a WAV file, does it make a difference if I put the plugins on the audio track vs on the stereo main out?

Regarding a DC offset fix, should one do it before everything else by clicking the WAV and go to file and DC offset, and then I start using the plugins?

Or should this be done after all the processing of the plugins, especially after the last processing plugin, that is the Limiter?

If you only have one audio track then it doesn't really matter, however I always use the mastering plugins on the main out, regardless. What you don't want to do is drive the main out into the red.

Yes, remove DC offset before anything else.
