pre order movie problem

The answer is the same as your previous duplicate posts. The rights-holder will release the film when they are ready to do so (and prior to doing they may add the release date to the film's description page in the store), when it's released you will get an email from Apple saying that it's ready to download (assuming that you have a payment method on the account to pay for it).

That’s happening to me as well! Do you have yours now? I still don’t have mine. It’s ridiculous because it’s been almost a MONTH since the movie came out and people who preordered it don’t get to see it. Honestly, I’m debating canceling the preorder at this point.
