Wallet and Apple Pay not seen in general settings

Apple Pay is available:

On eligible devices:

• Apple Pay is compatible with these devices - Apple Support

In selected countries:

• iOS - Feature Availability - Apple
• Countries and regions that support Apple Pay - Apple Support

If you are using an eligible device and are within one of those regions, then check that your device region is set accordingly - for example, for iPhone:

On your iPhone, go to: Settings > General > Language & Region > Region.

Note that it is only possible to add supported payment cards from participating banks or stores within those countries.
