lost access to the number specified for two-factor identification

After the demand settings on the device, I can‘t go back. I must enter the code that comes to the mobile number, which does not already exist. I choose that I can not get the password, because access to the number is lost. but after that they again require you to enter this number. how can I return access to my Apple ID ?

Did you read this part of the article? Try leaving the phone number blank and then clicking continue.

Are you still unable to start the account recovery process? Only if you can't access your trusted device or a different iPhone, iPad, iPod, or Mac, go to iforgot.apple.com. Enter your Apple ID, enter the code you see, then click Continue. Enter your trusted phone number, then click Continue. Choose "Don’t have access to your trusted devices or phone numbers." Choose Start Account Recovery.
