What's up Group!

So our company did a mass upgrade in-place from Yosemite (10.10.5) to Sierra (10.12.6) and ever since, we've been plagued with this dang blasted error:

User uploaded file

And it's not just Photoshop. We've seen it with Preview. We've see it with Outlook. We've seen it with 3rd party apps. We have tried everything under the hat. Nothing works. This problem still persists even after all the little tips and tricks folks have suggested to fix this. Has anyone or does anyone know whats causing this? It's becoming a real problem for us. Please advise.

You might just need to update your adobe suite, you can do this through the creative cloud and go directly through to the developers website for the programs the message pops up for.. 99% of the time that updating them will fix the issue.

Have you possibly deleted the important files for these programs? for example the adobe file in finder? if you haven't already try uninstalling and reinstalling these programs again if you can't update them

I hope this helps 🙂

Try running this program in your normal user account, then copy and paste the output in a reply. The program was created by etresoft, a frequent contributor. Please use copy and paste as screen shots can be hard to read. Click “Share Report” button in the toolbar, select “Copy Report” and then paste into a reply. This will show what is running on your computer. No personal information is shown. You can run the report for free at least once, but if you run it several times, at some point it will ask you to pay a license fee.
