My Windows Mobile Device is not connecting to WiFi hotspot of iPhone 8 and iPhone X

I have a windows mobile device (Topcon Tesla) and it does not connect to hotspot of neither iPhone 8 nor iPhone X. It is running iOS 11.2.6. I can't really see and/or change hotspot settings on iPhone other than changing password. Is there a new kind of encryption which makes windows mobile devices unable to connect? It can connect to other iPhones or wifi networks without a problem. Any ideas?

Can't connect to my Mobile wifi Hotspot ZTE Greatings all I recently bought a mobile hotstop ZTE. However, when I try to input the password on my iPhone XR it gives messages that my password is wrong. I cannot seem to connect my phone to my wifi. usin hotspot to connect laptop My iPhone hotspot does not allow the laptop to connect. It does not prompt to enter the password. I already tried changing hotspot password and resetting network settings on phone.
