photos not showing up on Safari 11.0.3

Ever since updating my OS to the latest Safari version my favorite news website will not display photos. Chrome, Firefox do but not Safari. It isn't a huge deal but somewhat disappointing and I'm curious to find the solution for this. Anybody else experience the same thing and if so, is there a simple solution?
