Speakers don't work on call

New problem on my iPhone 6+, iOS 10.3.3. During a call, if I switch to the speaker, I can't hear anything but call works fine in regular mode. Mute button is not on but when I try changing the volume, I get the "Audio on mute" symbol. I've tried: Rebooting the phone Turning off Bluetooth Any ideas? Thanks, Jasmine
