Is the subscription still active i.e. is there still some time to run on the trial ? If there is you will either have to wait until it ends, or try contacting iTunes Support and see if they can/will end it early e.g. via the 'contact Support' at the top right of every page on here
My App Store don’t let me change my country/region to US (before I lived in DR) because I had a free trial of apple music, but I already delete the trial because I’m not using the app, but App Store said I haven’t delete the trial, so what can I do?
