How to make Safari automatically use a particular client certificate?

Hi:

We have a BYOD policy and users want to use their own iPads. Management does NOT want the users to see a certificate selection pop up when they log into our reverse proxy for the 1st time. We will deploy certs Via AirWatch or or Casper. How to do this?
