Anyone have this problem? Hoping someone has a solution. I need to download InDesign onto this computer to finish a project and need to get High Sierra first.
Thanks for your help. Unfortunately when I try to set up a new admin acct it is not accepting my apple id password. However, I just signed into several things using my apple id / icloud password (i.e. apple website) and it is accepted without a problem. I did just change it about an hour ago because because it wasn't being accepted when trying to download High Sierra. Not sure what's going on?
Ok - it accepted my password, apparently it wanted my iTunes password, not my iCloud password.
iTunes password, iCloud password, they are both AppleIDs. You apparently have set up two AppleIDs, one you use on iTunes and one you use with iCloud.
Try setting up another admin user account to see if the same problem continues. Also try the Safe Mode.
