Caller information Screen displays Later than ringing

I bought iphone X on 9th February 2018.

I am Facing the Caller screen delay issue with my iphone X, this day i was going to sell it but i read here that other people also facing the same issue.

When some body calls me my phone start ringing but caller information screen displays later 5-10 seconds some time i am unable to see the caller even call get drops because its delayed.

I have chatt with apple support with senior advisors but my problems still there they suggest me to go to Their authorised resellers to fix this but reseller inform me that this issue is happening with many users !

Who many of us are facing the same ?
