Can’t get out of incoming calls?

Hey everyone! Sorry for bothering, but I’m a bit annoyed of the incoming calls screen.Specially when someone calls me and I don’t want to answer but at the same time I don’t want to decline the call (In simpler words I don’t have the will to talk but don’t wanna be disrespectful to someone so I pretend that I didn’t notice the call.). And that forces me to get stuck there waiting for the caller to give up until I can use my phone again... I wish that there’s a solution to this problem, and if there’s please help me!!!
