Grey out Friday & Saturday in iOS calendar

I am looking to know how to grey out Friday & Saturday in iOS calendar.

In macOS, you simply choose the region you are in and the Calendar greys out the weekend days. In iOS, doing the same does not change anything, it remains Saturday & Sunday instead of Friday & Saturday like in macOS.

Calendar holidays I do not want holidays on the calendar. That causes the appointments, etc. that I DO need to not show unless I click on it as a "1 more." Can this be changed and if not, would it do any good to complain to Apple?
