USB only accessable by MAC

Hi,

I tried to create Win10 Startup drive using SUDO DD command, followed setups as per following video. After completing the setup i am only able to access by USB through MAC, on Windows when i go to Disk Management, it shows 8 GB, i can format it, but unable to access it, when i plug it back to MAC, it works properly.

windows 10 NTFS bootable usb not recognised I have created a windows 10 bootable usb using unetbootin. The usb is 16GB and is currently of the NTFS type as the win.install file originally couldn't be opened when the usb stick used the FAT32 partition style as it is 5GB. I have the windows support software on that usb as well. I reset my Mac after doing all of this and now the usb stick is not showing up as a bootable driver. How can I fix this? Changing back to FAT32 wouldn't work as the win.install file will not open, and windows 10 will not be installed. Any and all help is appreciated.

Formatting a USB Drive to GUID When I try to erase and format a USB drive from the MBR to GUID I can not find a way to do that. The partition button is grayed out and I feel stuck.
