Will I receive an unlock code
I’ve called to have my iPhone 5s unlocked and I received email saying it was successful, shouldn’t u have got a unlock code ?

There is no unlock code. Depending on the carrier, when you received an email saying it was successful, they should have provided any instructions necessary. If not, it generally only requires you to restore your phone to factory in iTunes, and then you can restore your backup. Just make a current backup before you do the restore.
