Unexpected character P at line 1

I'm just running TechToolPro 8 on my imac and it's coming up with a lot of files saying "Unexpected character P at line 1". They are in HD Library/Preferences. What do I do? Should I delet these files and, if so, how?

Just ignore them. They are false positives because TTP doesn't recognize them so it flags them incorrectly.
