I have set up a VIP sender in my iPhone 6 mail. It is set to alert with a sound and banner. The sender is 'starred' so I know it's set up correctly. But I am not getting the notifications.

iPhone 6, iOS 11.2.5

why am I not receiving notifications on my iPhone 13 when they are set to notify me? I just purchased my iPhone 13 Pro. I have notifications turned on to receive a preview for my Outlook emails (my business email), but the notifications do not come through. I only receive an audible notification on my MacBook Pro. Don’t get notifications of text messages Have iPhone set for all notifications, but don’t receive banners Lock Screen or sound. Same settings as mail and calls which work as expected .
