I am unable to open iCloud Settings. Help.

I have recently installed the latest Microsoft Office 360. I cannot open iCloud Settings. I have installed iCloud for Windows and it seems to load, and installs an icon in the system tray. From there I cannot open the iCloud Settings. I am able to open my account on iCloud.com and verify my contacts and calendar, etc. are there, but cannot merge them with Office because i cannot access Settings.
